🚫 No Return / No Refund Policy – The Koala Store
At The Koala Store, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.
1. No Returns

Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.

2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any orders once placed.

All sales are final.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Exception)
While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.
Note: Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted as courier claims must be raised immediately.

In such cases, we may offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost of the products that have been damaged .

Refunds will not be provided.

Minor packaging dents that don’t affect the product’s usability are not considered damage.

Products damaged due to customer mishandling after delivery are not eligible.

Items marked as non-returnable (e.g., limited edition hampers or personalized products) cannot be replaced unless received damaged.
