At The Koala Store, every product is carefully checked and packed before dispatch. Due to the nature of our products and to maintain hygiene and quality standards, we follow a strict No Return / No Refund policy.

1. No Returns

• Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned.

• Please review product details carefully before purchase.

2. No Refunds

• We do not offer refunds for any orders once placed.

• All sales are final.

3. Damaged or Wrong Items (Exception)

While we do not accept returns, if you receive a product that is damaged in transit or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

• In such cases, we may offer a replacement of the same product at no extra cost.

• Refunds will not be provided.
