1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India through trusted courier and delivery partners.
Delivery to certain remote areas may take longer than usual.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
Metro cities may receive faster delivery, while remote areas may take longer.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

We may offer free shipping on certain products or minimum order values.
Standard shipping charges will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can use this to track your package until it reaches your doorstep.

If a package is not accepted, delivery fails due to incorrect address/contact details, or is returned to us, reshipping charges may apply. Our logistic partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will ensure a faster and better delivery. In case your package is being returned to us, let us know or at +91 9372954619 for us to resend it as soon as we receive it. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail and SMS. However, we will not be able to compensate for any mental agony caused due to delay in delivery. Standard Delivery time is 7 to 10 Days.
